WHY CHOOSE US?

Pilates Fit was started in 2011 by Tammy St. John, a STOTT Pilates Certified instructor.  All of our instructors are not only highly educated in anatomy and biomechanics, but we know how to modify the contemporary Pilates exercises for many conditions, such as lumbar or cervical disc issues, spinal stenosis, osteopenia / osteoporosis, pre-natal / post-partum, and neurological involvement. Any body can do Pilates with the proper instruction. Whether your goal is rehabilitative/therapeutic, sport specific, or general fitness, we can deliver the appropriate exercise for you.

Frequently asked questions

Q:  WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A:  For any classes limited in capacity due to the number of reformers, or for any appointments (private/semi-private lessons), there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. There is some leniency on the policy due to certain circumstances, but generally speaking we do uphold the policy, largely so our instructors can be paid for their time.

Q:  HOW LONG IS A SESSION/CLASS

A:  All sessions/classes are 55 minutes

Q:  HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE A CLASS/SESSION?

A:  We recommend at least once a week, preferably two times a week. We offer very affordable group classes, which enable our clients to maintain one private or semi-private lesson, and supplement with a group class to achieve the goal of attending twice a week.

Please Note:
